The commission was established in the state during the revitalized government. My role as the head of the commission is as a policy maker because I am a politician brought in by the agreement. When I took over, I realized the importance of this institution and how much I can participate in helping my community fight HIV/AIDS. When I was nominated as the Champion of the Condom, I saw myself helping a lot and now I need to know more about it.
