Acteur de lutte contre le Sida depuis plus de 20 ans, je suis à la tête de l'exécutif du RENAPC/Santé+ depuis 7 ans. Notre organisation a introduit des approches innovantes comme le dépistage communautaire démédicalisé et la PrEP. Grâce aux subventions du Fonds Mondial, nous avons un programme de distribution gratuite de préservatifs et de gels lubrifiants auprès des adolescents et jeunes, des HSH, et des PS. Nous avons un réseau de 186 mères-mentors à travers le pays pour appuyer la PTME, et nous avons deux centres communautaires pour la prise en charge des IST auprès des populations clés et des adolescent.e.s et jeunes dans les deux grandes villes du pays (Brazzaville et Pointe-Noire) cogérés avec l'AJPC et les associations des populations clés (PS et HSH).

Katlego Rasebitse is an active member of Sisonke National sex workers movement in South African, an active LGBTQI+ activist. He was born in 1981 in Potchefstroom (North West). In 2013-2014 he worked as a peer educator for Wits Reproductive and HIV institution in a sex worker lead project in Hillbrow. He was appointed by Sisonke in 2015 as the Advocacy Liaison coordinating three provinces (Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga). His work at Sisonke continued when he was promoted to Media Liaison Officer. Southern Regional SSL learning as a condom champion responsible for SRHR in 10 countries.
Keitumetse is a worldwide wellbeing proficient, filling in as the Country Engagement lead for the South to South Learning organization(SSLN) in Gaborone, Botswana. With broad skill in HIV program management. She plays a vital part in cultivating information trade and joint effort among these nations and network members, adding to the upgrade of HIV prevention programs inside the organization. In addition, I urge marginalized individuals like sex workers to be supported, advocated for and provided with services and resources as well as to fight for their rights.

Klaas is a professional, committed, organised and determined individual with focused work experience within the healthcare, substance use, civil society and psychosocial sectors. Klaas has exceptional knowledge and experience managing harm reduction projects through the application of evidence-based practices. This is inclusive of psychosocial, advocacy and biomedical project components.
Koketso Mokubane is a community linkage officer for SANPUD in south africa. He has been working there since October 2020.He is also a former peer educator at COSUP university of Pretoria from 2018 to 2020.He is one of many south Africans who had to live on the streets and has lived experience of drug use and HCV,additionally he also had to deal with infectious diseases,it was difficult for him to receive help due to a lack of awareness and poor access to treatment. Mr Mokubane believes that stigma and discrimination are the biggest hurdle to care and treatment.
